what are emotional freedom techniques?
Emotional Freedom Techniques, or more commonly referred to as EFT, is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments, but without the invasiveness of needles. The basis of EFT is on the electromagnetic energy that flows through the body and regulates our health. EFT involves tapping with the fingertips onto specific meridians while you think about your specific problem and voice positive affirmations.

Note: Please come dressed comfortably with a willingness to let go. Bring a water bottle, and if you choose, a notepad and pen to write down your experiences so to take notes of your feelings and emotions that arose, once we have finished.
